Unfortunately, the high weight of Maple Syrup Products makes it somewhat costly to ship. Therefore, we utilize the United States Parcel Service's Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes to ship our maple products to our customers. This has proven to be the most cost effect method to get products to our customers quickly and at the lowest possible cost. Customers that our in the vicinity of our store are welcome to stop in and pickup their order and avoid the shipping cost. Please call ahead for this option. (814) 756-4500
Return Policy
Triple Creek Maple is proud to provide a high quality product to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will issue a return authorization. We will replace or issue a refund for the unused portion.
